Prevent drivers from slipping through the cracks by automating your follow-ups, templatizing certain communications, and leveraging technology to streamline your recruiting workflows.
  3. Let data be your guide. Numbers are everything, especially when you’re trying to build a successful driver recruiting operation. Track as much data as possible, then let this information be your guide throughout your strategic process. Use data to determine where things are working and where processes need to be tweaked for better success rates.
  4. Don’t be afraid to shake things up. What better time to try out some new ideas than a new year? In 2022, test out new ideas and strategies with your applicants and current drivers. Ask your drivers and recruiters for direct feedback and use this information to formulate new ideas. Don’t be afraid to step out of the box, either.
